Topagaya

Topagaya is a mountain in the Zangezur uezd of the former Yelizavetpol (Ganja) governorate, later in the former Garakilsa (Sisian) district, and currently in the Syunik province. It is located in the territory of the Aghudi (Aguti) village.

The toponym was coined from the word “topa” used in the sense of “a pile” and the word “gaya” used in the sense of “a mountain” in Azerbaijani.
