Kichikduz is a mountain in the Alexandropol uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Hamamli (Spitak) district, in the territory of the Lori province. It is located in the territory of the Giziloren (Shenavan) village in the province.

The toponym was coined by combining the word “kichik” used in the sense of “small, a small area” and the word “duz” used in the sense of “having no descent, ascent, pit, a hill”, “a plain, steppe”.
