Garanligkaha is a mountain in the Zangezur uezd of the former Yelizavetpol (Ganja) governorate, later in the former Garakilsa (Sisian) district, in the territory of the village of Aghidy (Agitu) of the present Syunik province.

The toponym was coined from the word “garanlig” used in the sense of “darkness, lightless” and the word “kaha” used in the sense of “natural or artificial hollow in a rock, in a mountain”, “a cave”.
