Gangalli is a mountain in the Novo-Bayazid uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Chambarak (Krasnoselsk) district. It is located to the northwest of the village of Tokhluja.

The toponym was coined by adding the suffix “-lı” to the plant name “gangal” (garden thistle).
