Baldirghanlig is a mountain in the Zangazur uezd of the former Yelizavetpol (Ganja) governorate, later in the former Gorus district, and currently in the Syunik province.

The toponym was formed by adding the suffix “-lıq” to the plant name “Baldirghan” (it means “a wild hemlock”).
