Arzuman bridge, located in Derebas village of Garakilsa district of Zangezur mahal (with changed names: Darbas village of Sisian district), consisted of one arch.

It should be noted that in the written sources of 844 it was indicated that the village of Derebas was the homeland of the Turkic-Oghuz tribes. Armenians did not live there until the 19th century.
