Arpa is a lake in the Alexandropol uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Aghbaba area (mahal), and currently in the Shirak province. The basin size is 22 km². It is the second largest lake in the territory of Armenia after Goycha for its water supply. At present, it is renamed “Arpi”.
