Abdullar was a village in the territory of the Novo-Bayazid uezd of the former Iravan governorate, in the former Kavar (Yeni Bayazid, Kamo) district, and present-day Gegharkunik province. It was located 4-5 km to the northwest of the village of Noraduz and on the shore of Lake Goycha. At present, the village is in ruins.

The toponym was coined on the basis of the Abdullar multigenerational family name.
