Gizilgaya is a mountain in the Alexandropol uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Hamamli (Spitak) district, and currently in the Lori province. It is located in the territory of the Gursali Arjahovit village.
The toponym was coined on the basis of the word “gizil” used in the sense of “red” and the word “gaya” used in the sense of “a mountain”.
