Yukhari Badili was a village in the Iravan uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Talin district, and present-day Aragatsotn province.
The village was inhabited by 45 Azerbaijanis in 1897. The village was destroyed as a result of attacks and massacres committed by Armenian armed units in 1905–1906.
The toponym was coined on the basis of the ethnonym “Beydilli” of the Oghuz. “Yukhari” is a distinctive feature in Azerbaijani toponymy.
