Tutpir Gishlaghi was a village in the Zangezur uezd of the Yelizavetpol governorate, later in the former Gafan district, in the Syunik province.

The village was inhabited by 71 Azerbaijanis in 1897. The village was destroyed as a result of attacks and massacres committed by Armenian armed units in 1905–1906.
