Turk Garakilsasi was a village in the territory of the Borchali uezd of the former Tiflis governorate, later in the former Vorontsovka (Kalinino) district, and present-day Lori province. Another name for the village was “Tezekend. The village was located near the village of Norashen.

The village was inhabited by 122 Azerbaijanis in 1886, 172 in 1897 and 420 Azerbaijanis in 1914. The Azerbaijanis were attacked, massacred or expelled from the village by Armenian armed units in 1918. The village was later abolished. At present, it lies in ruins.
