Tezkharab was a village in the Sharur-Daralayaz uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Pashali (Azizbeyov, Vayk) district, and present-day Vayots Dzor province.
The village was inhabited only by 22 Azerbaijanis in 1831. The Armenians removed from Türkiye were settled in the village after the Russo–Turkish war in 1877–1878. Following all that, the Azerbaijanis abandoned the village. At present, it lies in ruins.
The toponym was coined by combining the words “tez” and “kharab” in Azerbaijani.
