Telligaya is a mountain in the Lori-Pambak uezd of the Tiflis governorate, later in the former Boyuk Garakilsa (Kirovakan, Gugark) district, and currently in the Lori province. It is located in the territory of the Hallavar village.

The toponym was formed on the basis of the personal name. The toponym was coined by combining the personal name “Telli” and the word “gaya” used in the sense of “a mountain”.
