Ikinji Bahlul was a village in the Echmiadzin uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Talin district, and present-day Aragatsotn province. It was located 8-9 km to the southwest of the village of Mastara and to the southwest of the village of Sabunchu.
The village was inhabited by six Azerbaijanis in 1897. The village inhabitants were massacred by Armenian armed formations in 1905–1906. The village was abolished in 1940.
