Gumludere is a valley in the Novo-Bayazid uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Chambarak (Krasnoselsk) district, in the village of Tokhluja Drakhtik of the present Gegharkunik province. The valley is called “Gumludere”, as it is sandy.
