Gozalgaya is a plateau in the Zangezur uezd of the former Yelizavetpol (Ganja) province, later in the former Sisian district, and currently in the Aghkend village of the Syunik province. It is located at a distance of 3 km from the village.

The toponym was formed from the words “gozal” and “gaya”.
