Dibakli is a mountain in the Lori-Pambak uezd of the Tiflis governorate, later in the former Boyuk Garakilsa (Kirovakan, Gugark) district, on the territory of the present Hallavar village of the Lori province.

The toponym was coined by adding the suffix “-li” to the word “dibak” used in the sense of “a hollow stone for grinding and crushing salt, cereals, etc”.
