Daralayaz

Daralayaz is a 70-km-long mountain range stretching from west and north-west to east along the border with Armenia and Nakhchivan. It is located between the Arpachay and Nakhchivanchay. This range starts from the western part of Gelingaya Mountain (2800 m) and extends to Bichenak Pass and joins the Zangezur Range.

The highest peak is Kukudag (its present name is Gogi) with a height of 3120 m. The present name of the mountain range is “Hayot Dzor”.
