Dallar is a river in the Novo-Bayazid uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Akhta (Hrazdan) district, and currently in the Kotayk province, flowing through the village of Dallar.

The hydronym is based on the Old Turkic ethnonym “Tele” (dali).
