Chiragli was a winter pasture located in the territory of the Borchali uezd of the Tiflis governorate, later in the former Barana (Noyemberyan) district, and currently in the Tavush province. It was located near the Lambali (Bagratashen) village.

The toponym was coined on the basis of the Gizilbash ethnonym “Chiragli”.
