Chamirli was a summer pasture located in the territory of the Alexandropol uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Hamamli (Spitak) district, and present-day Lori province. It is located in the territory of the Gursali (Arjahovit) village.

The toponym was coined on the basis of the Turkic ethnonym “Chamirli”.
