Aslan Kharaba was a village in the territory of the Lori-Pambak uezd of the former Iravan governorate, in the former Boyuk Garakilsa (Kirovakan, Gugark) district, and present-day Lori province. It was located near the railway station of Shahali. The ruins of the Azerbaijani cemetery still remain there.

The toponym was coined on the basis of the personal name.
