Aghbash was a winter pasture located in the territory of the Borchali uezd of the Tiflis governorate, later in the former Allahverdi (Tumanyan) district, and present-day Lori province. It was located at a distance of 17 km from the settlement of Allahverdi. It was dissolved in 1930.
The toponym was coined on the basis of the Turkic tribal name “Aghbash”.
