Boz Kaha was a village in the territory of the Zangezur uezd of the former Yelizavetpol (Ganja) governorate, later in the former Gorus district, and currently in the Syunik province. It was located 3 km to the northeast of the village of Garnidzor. At present, the village lies in ruins.
The toponym was coined by combining the word “boz” meaning “gray” and the word “kaha” meaning “a cave, a large underground chamber, typically of natural origin, in a hillside or cliff”.
