Chubuglu was a summer pasture located in the territory of the Alexandropol uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Hamamli (Spitak) district, and currently in the Lori province. It is located in the territory of the village of Saral (Nor Khachakap).

The toponym reflects the Turkic tribal name “Chubuglu”.
