Seyid Memish was a village in the territory of the Sharur-Daralayaz uezd of the former Iravan governorate, later in the former Keshishkend (Yeghegnadzor) district, and present-day Vayots Dzor province. It was located 1920 km to the northwest of the settlement of Keshishkend, on the bank of the Salim River and near the village of Aghkend.

The Azerbaijanis were attacked, massacred or expelled from the village by Armenian armed units in 1918. After that, the village was abolished. At present, it lies in ruins.

The toponym was coined by combining the multigenerational family name “Seyid” and the personal name “Memish”.
